At Moccamaster USA, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee brewing experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully pack your Moccamaster brewer or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Securely affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
